Prefabricated Building Co. “maani LGS” Continuing the construction of robust and high-quality prefabricated buildings using Light Gauge Steel (LGS) for worker camps accommodating up to 10,000 workers, with the aim of providing the best environment and facilities for workers participating in the planning, construction, and execution of the NEOM project over a period of 10 years. This aligns with NEOM’s vision and the goals of the Saudi Quality of Life Program.

The village aims to be a center for innovation and development, representing the beginning of NEOM’s vision. All necessary facilities are available in the village to ensure a suitable and comfortable living environment for workers, with the goal of achieving the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.
